About the Team and Mission
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World" by helping customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. As a seasonal partner in our new TurboTax locations across the United States, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor in your local community.
About the Role
In this unique position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location to grow our client base and establish long-term relationships. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and the community you serve. Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually, using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools to provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support.
Beyond technical preparation, you will act as a proactive community ambassador. You will enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into loyal clients. By leading local events and making tax topics accessible and approachable, you will help alleviate the stress customers often feel when tackling their taxes. This role requires a business ownership mindset, where you will drive customer loyalty by connecting with people on a personal level and turning one-time transactions into multi-year relationships.
