About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the trusted advisor and public face of TurboTax in your community. This unique seasonal opportunity blends professional tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will not only prepare tax returns but also act as a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects to build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
In this role, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, leveraging our marketing support and state-of-the-art software to empower a thriving local business. You will interact with customers both in-person and virtually, using your deep understanding of tax laws to alleviate the stress often associated with filing. Your goal is to transform a one-time transaction into a multi-year partnership by connecting with people on a personal level and helping them navigate their unique financial situations.
