In this position, you will interpret complex blueprints and specifications to fabricate massive fuel tanks, ranging up to 60 feet in length and 13 feet in width, designed to hold between 3,000 and 10,000 gallons of diesel. We believe in having humanity in our interactions, working respectfully and collaboratively with colleagues. Transparency is key; we expect clear communication regarding progress, challenges, and safety concerns. We encourage our welders to drive innovation by suggesting process improvements and to demonstrate grit and resilience when facing physically demanding tasks or shifting production priorities. Above all, we rely on reliability and a deep pride in craftsmanship.
Candidates must be prepared to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
