Tagging and Metadata Analyst – Streaming Platform - French, German or Polish Speaking

About the Role

Are you fluent in French, German, or Polish and passionate about video content? This role is designed for individuals with advanced proficiency in one of these languages and a background in video editing or metadata management. You will play a pivotal part in supporting the viewing experience of a major streaming platform, ensuring that content is optimized for discovery, accuracy, and viewer engagement.

Your work will directly influence the platform's suggestion algorithms and ad-insertion strategies. By applying critical analysis and domain expertise, you will determine the correct metadata and content tags based on established guidelines. This includes reviewing and tagging content for cautionary elements and applying appropriate regional metadata to enhance storytelling and the overall user journey.

Day in the Life

You will collaborate closely with an internal cross-functional and international team to manage workflows while handling independent production responsibilities. Your day will involve a mix of repetitive and complex tasks, from marking in/out positions for optimal playback to evaluating written materials and visual content. Success in this role requires consistently meeting predetermined data targets while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in data entry and digital content management.
