About the Role
As a Tactical Security Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is paramount. This role is designed for individuals with a keen sense of observation who are ready to suit up and protect people and property. You will be physically active throughout your shift, patrolling sensitive environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The position requires you to react quickly to threats, verify identities, control access, and collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Hiring Process
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended. Candidates must be able to pass an extensive screening process.
