About the Role

As a Tactical Security Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is paramount. This role is designed for individuals with a keen sense of observation who are ready to suit up and protect sensitive areas. You will be the first line of defense, patrolling dynamic environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The position demands high physical stamina, as you will be moving and standing for the entire shift, ensuring the safety of individuals and property while verifying identities and controlling access to secure zones.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be prepared to pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening, which will be conducted after an offer of employment is extended. If you have experience in security, military, or law enforcement, we encourage you to apply. While a state license is required if applicable, a First Aid certification is a valuable asset.
