This full-time position is based at Thomas Jefferson, where you will serve as a dedicated educator supporting students with high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger's Syndrome. The role focuses on creating and teaching social skill lessons in both small and large group settings, alongside providing direct instruction in study and organizational skills.
You will be an integral part of the HB Woodlawn community, collaborating and co-teaching with general education teachers to ensure a cohesive learning environment. A key component of this position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating individual behavior management systems tailored to student needs. Success in this role requires a strong alignment with and support for the philosophy and operation of HB Woodlawn.
Salary for this position will be determined based on the FY2026-27 salary schedule.
