You will serve as the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer supporting a program's system integration and qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system-level integration and tests for both new and existing products. As a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will thrive in this role, working on complex test systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
In this position, you will work onsite in the laboratory to generate and execute integration and test plans, support the preparation of test equipment and facilities, and conduct Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests. You will also support failure investigations and resolution of anomalies, providing engineering evaluations for redesigns or upgrades to existing missile systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest test equipment to support verification and validation events.

Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field. Experience with Design Verification Testing (DVT), Laboratory Testing, Field Ground Testing, and/or Flight Test. Experience with missile integration or sensor (EO/IR) integration. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160. Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python. Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning. Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews (TRR/FRR).
