As a Systems Field Service Representative, you will play an impactful role within our U.S. Services business. You will collaborate with customers, sales representatives, team members, and third-party partners to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in a variety of dynamic environments. You will be a problem solver, customer-focused, and passionate about the work you do.
This position offers a home-based flexible work schedule with a 40-hour guarantee plus overtime. You will be provided with service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops for daily professional use. The role involves servicing, installing, and repairing customer equipment, performing warranty work and start-up services, and conducting testing, calibration, and circuit construction. You will also provide technical support, product training, and on-site audits for a wide range of products including electrical switchgear, PDUs, BMS systems, PLCs, and power monitoring equipment.
We are proud to offer direct product training and training on all digital and physical tools associated with your work. Within your first 90 days, you will experience a unique, team-oriented welcome with two weeks of in-person training at our brand-new state-of-the-art training facility in Dallas, TX, with all expenses paid. Upon returning from your on-site visit, you will continue with online training and be paired with a local area mentor to receive on-the-job training and continue your onboarding journey.
