About the Role

Radar Systems Engineering within RMS is seeking a candidate to support the design, integration, and test verification of high-performance radar systems. This role exists to translate customer requirements into radar system software specifications and develop revolutionary solutions using advanced technologies and scientific principles.

You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, applying your strong analytic and communication skills to develop models and detailed simulations that assess system performance. The position involves conducting system verification, supporting certification activities, and automating repeatable tasks through scripting languages. Additionally, you will represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters.
