The Electronic Warfare and Airborne Sensors department within the Space and Air Sensors organization is seeking an Electronic Warfare, Systems Engineer II. This role is pivotal in supporting the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW) technology and sensor systems for a suite of products across multiple programs.
In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive system development from concept through production. Your day-to-day involves understanding customer operational needs, overseeing the allocation of technical elements, and managing requirements. You will provide engineering oversight for lab test and qualification activities, analyzing system hardware and firmware performance. Additionally, you will support system integration, verification, and validation, while addressing field failures, product obsolescence, and new product development initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Experience with development, implementation, and test of RF jamming algorithms. Proficiency with MATLAB, PathWave ADS, and/or PathWave EMPro for simulation and design of RF systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++ or Python, including software development and scripting. Experience in RF receiver/exciter product design, development, and/or test within the Electronic Attack (signals jamming) sub-domain of EW. Experience with embedded systems and embedded programming, specifically design/implementation on FPGA hardware. Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and tools (e.g., Cameo). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Experience with DOORS for requirements management.
