Northrop Grumman Space Systems - Missile Defense Integration (MDI) Business Unit has an exciting career opportunity in Huntsville, Alabama, for a Systems Engineer - Level 3 or 4 (Analysis / Hardware). You will join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Weapon Systems (GWS) program.
In this role, you will support the GWS Execution Team with technical analysis and an emphasis on hardware. You will be responsible for understanding the hardware development lifecycle, managing requirements, and conducting performance assessments for systems. Your work will involve executing analysis, evaluating technical viability integration points, and utilizing proficiency with analysis tools to communicate concepts clearly. This position requires critical thinking and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
This position is located in Huntsville, AL, and requires on-site work in an in-person/closed-area environment full-time. There are no remote options available for this role. Travel is required up to 10% of the time to support business needs. Please note that no relocation assistance is available for this position.
