About the Role
Telos is seeking an expert-level, Cisco-centric Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive the strategy, design, proposal winning delivery, and operational excellence of advanced network infrastructure solutions for high-value Department of Defense (DoD) opportunities. This senior technical leader will own the architecture and authorship of Cisco-centric (and Aruba-supported) wired/wireless networks, VoIP, and mobility offerings in both enterprise and tactical environments.
You will translate complex customer requirements into compelling, technically superior proposals while partnering with Telos Operations teams to ensure those solutions are implemented, optimized, and sustained in production environments. Success in this role requires balancing near-term proposal deadlines with ongoing operational commitments, ensuring continuity between what we propose and what we deliver in the field. You will provide hands-on leadership during implementation, transition, and sustainment activities, serving as the escalation-level SME for complex incident resolution and root cause analysis.
This position will be based at our Ashburn location.
