Quantum Spatial is seeking a talented individual to join our team. This role is critical to our mission of building and maintaining updated, efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail, ensuring the highest functionality for our IT infrastructure.
In this position, you will install and maintain computer systems and networks while training users on the appropriate and safe usage of our IT infrastructure. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, communicating solutions and seeing problems through to completion. Your day-to-day will involve setting up end-user devices, configuring GIS and business applications on local and remote systems, and providing orientation to users on new software and equipment. You will also manage and monitor end-user devices for performance and security, ensuring proper documentation and closure of all IT issues.
