Our Digital Technology (DT) organization ensures Raytheon teammates across the globe can communicate, collaborate, and innovate for customer success. We create leading-edge technology solutions to prevent security threats, secure the integrity of our systems, and support IT infrastructures around the world. The Information Workplace Services team collaborates with many groups to support exciting, critical programs with classified information system capabilities.

About the Role

As a Senior System Administrator (internally known as Senior Analyst) based at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, you will be the backbone of secure, cost-efficient environments across various classified programs. This role exists to ensure the continuous operation of mission-critical systems that support our nation's defense. You will work closely with program developers and system engineers to research issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to complex IT infrastructure problems.

Success in this role means you will monitor and maintain system health and security posture in a 24x7 operational environment. You will serve as a key member of the help desk team, providing direct, real-time support to customers and internal teams. Your ability to communicate effectively and respectfully is paramount, as you will uphold our excellent reputation while working under pressure to restore high-priority systems to operations. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and the ability to thrive in a high-stakes, classified setting.

Candidates must possess an active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only citizens are eligible for this clearance level.
