As a liaison between Country View Family Farms (CVFF) and the producers raising animals, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and ethical stewardship. This position exists to bridge the gap between ownership and production, driving performance improvements while upholding the highest standards of animal care and welfare.
You will be responsible for reviewing production performance at individual farm locations, managing financial activities through budgeting and cost control, and ensuring strict adherence to the terms of agreements between CVFF and producers. Beyond the numbers, you will foster open communication with farm staff, management, suppliers, and the local community to identify potential issues and initiate continual improvement.
The role demands a hands-on approach in a dynamic, fast-paced barn environment. You will be expected to navigate conditions that include animal dander, manure, dust, odors, and frequent noise, while physically managing equipment and materials. Your passion for teaching and leading growers will be essential in helping them meet efficiency goals while maintaining our core ethics and integrity.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a pre-employment screening process, which includes a background check and drug screen. If you require reasonable accommodation to complete the application, interview, or any pre-employment testing, please direct your inquiries to your recruiter.
