The SVP, Enterprise Technology Solutions serves as the primary strategic partner to our CIO, leading the technology organization of our credit union. This highly visible executive role is designed for an individual with the ambition and capability to lead multiple high-performing groups within the IT area while assuming broader leadership responsibilities.
In this position, you will act as a critical bridge between executive-level business strategy and complex technical operations. You will oversee the daily execution of our multi-year technology capability development and delivery roadmaps, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, member-centric, and digitally enabled with rapid speed-to-market. Your leadership will directly advance organizational objectives by delivering enabling technologies that drive growth and efficiency.
You will manage high-level executives across Enterprise Technology, orchestrating wide-ranging projects and initiatives while collaborating across multifaceted departments to ensure alignment. A key part of your day-to-day involves collaborating with stakeholders to lead the remediation of technology-related issues, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and risk is mitigated. You will also serve as a key point of contact for NCUA examiners, ensuring the credit union remains ahead of FFIEC guidelines and maintains a robust security posture.
We are seeking a leader with executive presence who can command a room of stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading large-scale cultural and technology transformations without disrupting member service or employee morale.
