About the Role

This position serves as the vital first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a genuinely friendly and courteous welcome throughout the day. The role exists to streamline the service workflow by managing the movement of vehicles between the service drive, designated parking areas, and the repair lot. You will act as a key support member of the service team, handling the logistics of vehicle transport and identification to keep the dealership's operations running smoothly and safely.

In a typical day, you will greet customers, identify their assigned service consultants, and place identification markers on their vehicles. Your responsibilities include driving company shuttles to transport customers to predetermined locations if necessary, as well as moving customer vehicles to and from the service drive and parking areas. You will ensure vehicles are kept clean, locked, and in the correct designated areas, while reporting any safety or integrity concerns to management immediately.

Work Environment & Safety

The work environment involves active participation in a busy dealership setting. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record according to company insurance standards at all times. Strict adherence to safety protocols is required; no employee or applicant should be under the influence of any substance, including medical marijuana, on-site or during work hours. Operating any type of powered vehicle or equipment while under the influence is strictly prohibited.
