About the Role

The Route Service Delivery Driver is a highly interactive role at the heart of our customer experience. You will serve as the face of Primo Brands, providing premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while driving the company's growth through upselling and account management. This position requires you to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely and responsibly, ensuring the correct products are delivered to the right location within the scheduled timeframe.

Your day will involve delivering products, maintaining account information, and providing professional water dispenser cleaning services. You will work as a team player, supporting colleagues and bringing actionable solutions to leadership to maximize efficiencies. The role demands physical stamina, including lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs. per unit, and the ability to climb in and out of a vehicle 40-55 times daily. You will work a variable schedule, typically starting between 6 am and 7 am, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work depending on business needs.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service. Please note that Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist qualified candidates with obtaining a Class B CDL with an airbrake endorsement where available.
