GardaWorld Security is a global champion in sophisticated and tailored security solutions, employing and training highly skilled professionals across the globe. In the United States, we remain the only guarding security company certified by Great Place to Work. We believe in internal growth; 26% of our corporate employees started as frontline workers.
As a Surveillance Security Officer, you will be the critical eye spotting threats before they escalate within environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. This role demands a sharp eye and exceptional attention to detail as you scan a series of screens to monitor security systems, detect suspicious activity, and analyze potential vulnerabilities.
You will be responsible for documenting observed events with detailed reports, responding quickly to incidents, and collaborating with law enforcement during emergencies. While the role involves monitoring, you will also conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises and control access to secure areas. It is a position for those with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to grow into a GardaWorld Ambassador.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended. Candidates must be able to pass an extensive screening process.
GardaWorld Security Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment.
