About the Role
As a Surveillance Security Officer, your sharp eye and attention to detail are what matter most. You will be the first line of defense, spotting threats before they escalate by scanning a series of screens in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses. This role is designed for those who can maintain exceptional concentration and analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities. You will not only monitor for suspicious activity but also document events in detail and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure the safety of individuals and property.
Hiring Process
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, which will be conducted after an offer of employment is extended. Candidates must be able to pass an extensive screening process. GardaWorld will pay for the required IA security license, which must be obtained and maintained.
