Sightpath Medical is the premier provider of mobile cataract and LASIK services across the United States. We are dedicated to bringing specialized ophthalmic care directly to patients through a network of mobile facilities. Our team thrives on knowledge, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
As a Surgical Technologist III, you will specialize in ophthalmic procedures while working alongside top surgeons. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow in a specialized field with a high degree of autonomy. You will manage an assigned territory, moving from facility to facility to provide expert service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing equipment and completing administrative tasks required to support your assigned territory. The role requires building strong, quick relationships with surgeons and their teams, thriving in high-pressure environments with confidence and professionalism. While ophthalmic experience is a plus, we provide extensive on-the-job training to help you master the latest innovations in ophthalmic surgery.
This position offers a flexible schedule with approximately 8-10 case days per month. On non-case days, you will have the flexibility to work from home or travel. All travel expenses, including hotel stays, gas for the company vehicle, and meal allowances, are covered.
