About the Role

As a Surgical Technologist III, you will join a specialized field focused on ophthalmic procedures. This role offers the unique opportunity to work alongside top surgeons while managing an assigned territory. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving a company-provided vehicle and equipment to various facilities to deliver expert service.

Your day-to-day involves setting up and managing the sterile field for surgeries, ensuring all equipment is ready, and supporting the surgical team. With approximately 8-10 case days per month, the schedule offers significant flexibility on non-case days, allowing you to work from home or travel. You will be part of an independent work environment where you can master the latest innovations in ophthalmic surgery through extensive on-the-job training.

Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates who are adaptable, travel-ready, and capable of building strong relationships quickly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving to various locations, staying overnight when necessary, and managing administrative tasks to support their territory. All travel expenses, including hotel stays, gas, and meal allowances, are covered.
