About the Role
As a Surgical Tech, you will be an integral part of the operating room team, supporting a wide array of advanced procedures. Your day will involve preparing the OR and maintaining a sterile field, ensuring that every instrument and implant is ready for the surgeon's needs. You will partner with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to facilitate safe and efficient cases, managing everything from patient positioning to strict infection-control standards.
Beyond the operating room, you will play a key role in room turnover, equipment care, and inventory management. This position offers the opportunity to participate in ongoing training, allowing you to grow alongside our team while supporting continuous improvements in orthopaedic care delivery.
