Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise, train, and provide guidance to staff in accordance with regulations and policies
- check_circleParticipate in direct service for clients as needed
- check_circleComplete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly documentation as required
- check_circleCommunicate professionally with families, case managers, and healthcare personnel
- check_circleImplement training programs as specified in each client's ISP
- check_circleEnsure proper medication and treatment administration for clients
- check_circleFacilitate repairs and required maintenance of the client's home
- check_circlePlan and implement age-appropriate recreational activities for clients
- check_circleEnsure the health, safety, and respect of individuals served
- check_circleManage client budgets and ensure payment of bills
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verifiedTwo years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- verifiedA minimum of 1-year supervisor experience preferred
- verifiedValid driver's license and auto insurance
- verifiedFunctional knowledge of basic computer skills
