We are seeking a Support Analyst / Sr. Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role is designed to analyze specific business areas, make strategic recommendations, and participate in the definition, development, and implementation of business and technology projects to meet current and long-range goals.
In this position, you will establish relationships with functional, technical, and external partners to drive value across the organization through efficient, innovative, and proactive service delivery. You will serve as a key liaison with third-party support and PC equipment vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external resources. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will work across EQT assets, balancing onsite presence with remote flexibility to support end-users and infrastructure.
