About the Role

The Supply Manager will support the Midwest region, responsible for maximizing the performance and profitability of LPG product supply for FNA. In this role, you will manage supply needs for Retail, Blue Rhino, and wholesale operations, acting as a key liaison to retail area managers and advising on market conditions and supply strategies.

- check_circleNegotiates product and creates contracts with refineries, gas plants, and rail terminals
- check_circleAnalyzes past and current market trends to ensure correct product pricing
- check_circleSells LPG product to Ferrellgas Retail, Blue Rhino, and wholesale customers
- check_circleDevelops wholesale opportunities and manages relationships with key wholesale customers
- check_circleEvaluates supply options to maximize FNA performance and profitability
- check_circleManages vendor contracts to ensure compliance and maintain vendor relations
- check_circleMonitors pipeline product movements to ensure proper logistics
- check_circleActs as liaison with retail area managers on market conditions and supply strategies
- check_circleCoordinates product purchases, inventories, and storage
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management
- verifiedU.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States

- verifiedStrong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Nice to Have
Prior experience in propane (LPG), natural gas liquids (NGLs), refined fuels, or adjacent energy commodities.
