As the Supply Chain Planning & Lifecycle Manager for the Alastin Business Unit, you will execute supply planning oversight to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize disruptions, and improve supply chain efficiency for all products under the BU. This includes trade units, samples, kitting, and new products.
You will serve as the Supply Chain lead for Alastin on all product launches, lifecycle changes, and SKU rationalization. This role requires close collaboration with the Alastin commercial team, global planning, the External Supply Organization (ESO), customer service, logistics, and various functional groups including Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and IT. You will be accountable for ensuring launch excellence, monitoring the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, and making data-driven recommendations for lifecycle changes.
In this position, you will lead supply and demand balancing meetings, establish efficient planning processes leveraging industry best practices, and act as a liaison between commercial and operational teams to align business goals with supply chain execution. You will also manage external stakeholder relationships, ensuring speed to market and maintaining operational scorecards with suppliers and partners.
