About the Role
This position serves as a vital resource within our critical care units, responsible for recommending and administering both basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures for patients with respiratory disorders. You will support patients in adult and neonatal critical care settings, managing complex needs ranging from arterial blood gases and neonatal procedures to trauma care and ventilator transports.
Beyond direct patient care, you will function as a mentor and resource for Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) I and II, leading advanced patient education initiatives. You will actively participate in departmental operations, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate, personalized, and efficient care.
