This position serves as a vital resource within our critical care units, responsible for recommending and administering both basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. You will support patients with respiratory disorders across adult and neonatal critical care settings, handling complex tasks such as arterial blood gases, neonatal procedures, trauma care, and ventilator transports.
Beyond direct patient care, you will function as a mentor and resource to Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) I and II, leading advanced patient education initiatives. You will play an active role in departmental operations, ensuring that every interaction promotes quality patient care, safety, and cost efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional committed to providing compassionate, personalized experiences while driving the success of our organization through continuous learning and mentorship.
