About the Role
This position serves as a vital resource within our critical care units, responsible for recommending and administering both basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. You will support patients with respiratory disorders across adult and neonatal critical care settings, handling complex tasks such as arterial blood gases, neonatal procedures, trauma care, and ventilator transports.
Beyond direct patient care, you will function as a mentor and resource to Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) I and II, leading advanced patient education initiatives. You will play an active role in departmental operations, ensuring that every interaction promotes quality patient care, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedCertified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- verifiedCurrent Respiratory Care Practitioner License or Temporary Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- verifiedBasic Life Support Certification
- verifiedTwo (2) years of critical care experience, preferred
- verifiedRRT preferred
- verifiedPediatric experience preferred
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
Nice to Have
3+ years ICU experience, RRT certification, Pediatric experience, Bachelor's degree, RRT certification, Two of the following certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, CPFT, RPFT, RPSGT, Asthma Certified Educator, NRP Instructor, ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor, or BLS Instructor, Two years of critical care experience.
