About the Role
This position serves as a vital resource within our respiratory care department, responsible for recommending and administering both basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. You will support patients with respiratory disorders across adult and neonatal critical care units, handling complex tasks such as arterial blood gases, neonatal procedures, trauma care, and ventilator transports.
Beyond direct patient care, you will function as a mentor and resource to Respiratory Care Practitioners I and II, actively leading advanced patient education initiatives. You will be deeply involved in departmental operations, ensuring that every interaction promotes quality patient care, safety, and cost efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional committed to fostering individual growth, serving as a preceptor, and modeling our service standards of safe, caring, and personalized experiences for patients and colleagues alike.

Requirements
