About the Role
This position is designed for a seasoned Respiratory Therapist to serve as a vital resource within our critical care units. You will be responsible for recommending and administering both basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, including arterial blood gases, neonatal procedures, trauma care, and ventilator transports for patients with respiratory disorders in adult and neonatal critical care settings.
Beyond direct patient care, you will function as a mentor and resource to RCP I and RCP II staff, actively leading advanced patient education initiatives. You will play an active role in departmental operations, ensuring that every interaction promotes quality patient care, customer service, safety, and cost efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional committed to providing compassionate, personalized experiences while driving the success of the organization through continuous learning and mentorship.
