This position is responsible for recommending and administering basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures to patients with respiratory disorders, including those in adult and neonatal critical care units. Key procedures include arterial blood gases, neonatal procedures, trauma care, and ventilator transports.
Beyond direct patient care, you will function as a vital resource to Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) I and II, actively leading advanced patient education and participating in departmental operations. You will serve as a preceptor and mentor, supporting the professional growth of less experienced staff while ensuring safe, compassionate, and personalized experiences for patients and colleagues.
