This position serves as a critical leadership point within the workforce management function, bridging the gap between operational strategy and daily execution. You will supervise the workforce management team and workflow, ensuring that all aspects of the project's workforce function are supported effectively. The role exists to maintain service levels by proactively managing call volume fluctuations, optimizing staffing schedules, and driving continuous improvements in efficiency and productivity.
In this capacity, you will act as a primary resource for team members, providing role modeling, leadership, coaching, and mentoring to foster their development and growth. Your day-to-day involves monitoring daily operations, analyzing historical trends and performance metrics, and generating comprehensive reports on attendance, intraday status, and production. You will work closely with operations supervisors, managers, and leadership to resolve staffing issues, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain the integrity of the workforce management database.
This is a remote position based in the Continental US, requiring a private and secure work area with a high-speed internet connection (25mbps+ download, 5mbps+ upload) and a Category 5 or 6 ethernet connection. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role. The position requires the ability to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility to cover any hours between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government Clearance.
