As a Workforce Management Supervisor, you will serve as a critical bridge between operational needs and team performance. In this role, you will supervise the workforce management team and workflow, ensuring that all aspects of the workforce function within the project are supported effectively. You will act as a resource for team members, providing role modeling, leadership, coaching, and mentoring to identify and support their development and growth opportunities.
Your day-to-day involves monitoring call volume fluctuations to restore service levels quickly, overseeing the maintenance of the Workforce Management database, and generating forecasting and requirements for multiple skillsets. You will collaborate closely with operations supervisors and managers to resolve issues affecting personnel, staffing, and scheduling. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policies and maintain accurate production tracking systems and reports.
This position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You will work with leadership to maintain systems, communicate with software vendors, and analyze historical trends to drive efficiency and productivity.
