About the Role
As a Workforce Management Supervisor, you will serve as the operational backbone for a critical project, ensuring seamless coverage across all business hours. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic workforce planning and daily execution, driving efficiency and maintaining high service levels in a dynamic environment.
You will lead a dedicated workforce management team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to foster their growth. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating complex scheduling, monitoring real-time call volume fluctuations to restore service levels instantly, and analyzing performance trends to optimize productivity. Beyond team leadership, you will act as a key liaison between operations, management, and external vendors, ensuring that all workflows, reporting, and compliance standards are met with precision.
This position requires a blend of analytical rigor and hands-on leadership. You will spend a portion of your time performing individual tasks related to the unit while simultaneously supervising a group of employees, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance. Success in this role means building strong working relationships across the organization to solve problems efficiently and ensuring that the workforce management systems deliver accurate staffing requirements based on current availability.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise the workforce management team and workflow to support management in all aspects of the workforce function
- check_circleCreate and maintain workforce monitoring schedules to cover all hours of business operations
- check_circleOversee and delegate workflow to meet deadlines and maintain production tracking systems
- check_circleMonitor and react to call volume fluctuations to restore service levels quickly
- check_circleWork with leadership to maintain the Workforce Management database including forecasting and scheduling data
- check_circleGenerate forecasting and requirements for multiple skillsets and units of work
- check_circleOversee updates and adjust schedules to ensure statistical staffing requirements are met
- check_circleEnsure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy including rest and meal breaks for non-exempt employees
- check_circleCommunicate with the vendor of the workforce software management tool to resolve open items
- check_circlePrepare individual and unit production reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases
- check_circleAnalyze historical trends and contact distribution to track performance against standards
- check_circleProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to identify development opportunities for team members
