As a Workforce Management Supervisor, you will serve as the operational backbone for a critical project, ensuring seamless coverage across all business hours. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor and hands-on leadership. You will spend a portion of your time performing individual tasks related to the unit while simultaneously supervising a group of employees, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
