The Cement Supervisor Senior serves as the primary leader for the cementing team, bridging the gap between operational execution and strategic safety standards. This role exists to ensure professional conduct, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction across all job sites. It is a position that demands advanced technical expertise in cementing operations alongside the ability to mentor and manage teams effectively.
In this capacity, you will supervise all cement jobs, providing direct leadership to supervisors and equipment operators. Your day involves coordinating the rigging up and down of service line equipment, overseeing equipment cleaning, and managing processes to ensure job site execution aligns perfectly with design specifications. You will act as a key interface with customers, following up on performance, assessing risks, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services performed.
Safety is the cornerstone of this role. You will lead safety meetings, conduct hazard hunts, and ensure that Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) are strictly followed. Beyond compliance, you are responsible for investigating incidents, gathering evidence, and implementing corrective actions to eliminate unsafe acts or conditions. You will also coach crew members on proper PPE use and equipment maintenance to guarantee readiness for every treatment.
Candidates must possess a valid Driver's License or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and demonstrate proficiency in English to handle safety and operations-related directions effectively. The selection process focuses on verifying technical knowledge of DOT rules, HSE standards, and the ability to perform critical calculations for job execution.
