Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This role is critical to FEMA's mission of helping people before, during, and after disasters. In this capacity, you will support survivors of natural disasters by overseeing the reporting programs that gather, analyze, and present operational data regarding disaster assistance applications.
The team strives to be available to help those in need, requiring a high degree of flexibility. As a supervisor, you will manage a team of Reporting Specialists, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports while coordinating the creation of client presentations and project status updates. This position operates within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment where maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service are paramount.
This is a temporary position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. The role involves an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility to work anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
For remote work, Maximus provides the necessary equipment. However, candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with a high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps or higher) and a Category 5 or 6 ethernet connection to the router. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
