Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This role is critical to FEMA's mission of helping people before, during, and after disasters. In this capacity, you will lead a team that supports survivors of natural disasters by managing the intake of calls and applications for disaster assistance from individuals and businesses within a designated geographical area.
The position requires a flexible mindset, as the team strives to be available to help those in need. You will supervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program, ensuring the accurate gathering, preparation, and analysis of operational activity. This role serves as a bridge between daily operations and management, providing up-to-date program statistics and contractually required monthly and quarterly status reports for corporate, project, and state stakeholders.
This is a temporary position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. The role operates on an eight-hour shift schedule, five days per week, with flexibility required to work anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role. However, candidates must maintain a private and secure home office environment with a high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps or higher, 5 Mbps upload) via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US and possess a smartphone required for logging into Maximus systems.
