Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This role is critical to FEMA's mission of helping people before, during, and after disasters. In this capacity, you will lead a team that supports survivors of natural disasters by managing the intake of calls and applications for disaster assistance from individuals and businesses within a designated geographical area.
The position requires a high degree of flexibility to ensure the team remains available to help those in need. As a supervisor, you will oversee the reporting program, ensuring the accurate gathering, preparation, and analysis of operational activity. You will coordinate the work of Reporting Specialists, manage the creation of client presentations, and provide management with up-to-date program statistics and compliance reports. This is a temporary position designed to sustain an effective reporting program during a critical operational period.
