Supervisor - Reporting (Remote - Temporary)

About the Team and Mission

Maximus is currently seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEMA's mission is to help people before, during, and after disasters. In this project, the team supports FEMA by taking calls and accepting applications from individuals and businesses for disaster assistance within a designated geographical area. The role is dedicated to supporting survivors of natural disasters, requiring a team that strives to be available to help those in need with significant flexibility.

About the Role

This is a temporary position where you will supervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program. You will coordinate and evaluate the work of Reporting Specialists, assist in creating monthly client presentations, and oversee the development of routine and ad hoc reports. The role involves providing management with up-to-date program statistics and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reports in compliance with contract requirements. You will also participate in program expansion planning and ensure compliance with company policies, including Wage & Hour regulations.

Work Environment and Requirements

This position requires availability to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. As a remote role, Maximus will provide the necessary equipment. However, candidates must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with a dedicated power source. Home office requirements include an internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher (50 Mbps for shared connectivity), a minimum 5 Mbps upload speed, and a Category 5 or 6 ethernet connection to the router. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
