The Mercy Hospice Supervisor in Lincoln County is responsible for assisting the Hospice Director/Manager in ensuring the delivery of safe, quality, and cost-efficient hospice care. This role focuses on recruiting and retaining competent and compassionate caregivers, supporting them in ensuring care is delivered consistently.
You will work collaboratively and effectively within the local hospice team, alongside administrative personnel, physicians, and caregivers from other departments and service lines.
