The Quality Inspection Supervisor serves as the guardian of product integrity within our aerospace manufacturing environment. This position is critical to ensuring that every component leaving our facility meets the rigorous demands of AS9100, FAA regulations, and specific customer requirements. You will lead a team of inspectors, managing the full spectrum of quality activities from incoming materials to final product release.
In this role, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and precision. Your day-to-day involves overseeing complex inspection processes, mentoring inspection personnel, and collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our documentation, managing nonconforming materials, and ensuring our calibration systems remain robust. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and is committed to upholding the highest standards of aerospace quality.
Candidates selected for this role will be required to be a U.S. Person in compliance with U.S. ITAR regulations. The interview process will assess technical proficiency in aerospace quality standards, leadership capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
