This off-shift position is located within our Plant 3 and serves as a vital link between planning, management, and execution. You will direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce products of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner, ensuring that scheduling meets both business and customer needs. The role requires a strategic partner who anticipates stakeholder needs, optimizes processes to eliminate waste, and facilitates a safe, collaborative environment. You will act as a liaison between various departments, managing the flow of product through the operation while maintaining a "finger on the pulse" of plant activities. This position is essential for driving continuous improvement, enforcing EHS rules, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability among the team.

Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment. Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, have good team building skills, excellent people skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and be technically oriented. Must be energetic and a self-starter, able to promote and implement change, have good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.
Skills: TPM, Synchronous MFG, Kaizen Concepts, 6S.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
