About the Role
As a Supervisor in the Lab CBMC department at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, you will lead and coordinate the activities of a team performing routine standardized biological and biochemical tests, as well as complex blood procedures. Your work directly supports physicians in the diagnosis and clinical management of patients. In this evening shift role, you will assume responsibility for identifying results or issues that require immediate referral to the Medical Director, Laboratory Director, or Manager, while also executing additional tasks as requested by the Chair of Pathology.

Candidates selected for this position will be required to successfully complete all Orientation Programs. The final compensation package will be determined based on factors including educational background, specific skills, and professional experience.
