WM is hiring an Industrial Plant Maintenance Supervisor at our brand-new state-of-the-art recycling facility. In this role, you will plan, direct, and control the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities commensurate with good engineering practices. You will lead the team in executing an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure all operating equipment remains in satisfactory condition.
This position is based on an Evening Shift schedule, running from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
