About the Role
As a Field Services Supervisor at Spectrum, you will lead a team where your technical expertise and leadership drive operational excellence. You'll oversee fulfillment operations from the node to the home, ensuring that installations and services meet customer expectations and company standards. Your role will directly shape customer satisfaction through quality craftsmanship and robust team performance.
In this position, you will guide field teams to deliver responsive installation and troubleshooting while conducting quality control checks and field safety observations. You will resolve escalated customer issues, proactively prevent future concerns, and mentor employees to foster professional growth. The role requires coordinating team training, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and maintaining accurate records while upholding company policies.
Working Conditions
This role involves working indoors and outdoors in varying environments and weather conditions, including confined spaces and heights. You may be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions. Tasks may require travel, overtime, weekend, or second-shift work as needed, and you will split your time between an office environment and the field.
