About the Role
Your next adventure starts here! As a Supervisor, you will become part of a vibrant atmosphere filled with dynamic experiences and endless possibilities. This is not your typical job; it is an active role where no two days are the same.
You will be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. Your mission is to ensure standards are high and met with consistency. You will act as a champion for our guests, delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints, while capitalizing on business opportunities to drive sales in leagues and open play.
You will partner with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business and assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly staff. By leading the team through effective motivation and leveraging individual strengths, you will ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity. Additionally, you will oversee the Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and fostering a thriving sales culture.
While this is an entry-level position, it serves as a gateway to more. It is a chance to learn the "ins & outs" of your center, develop as a leader, gain responsibility, and ultimately move into a management role. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
