CornerStone has partnered with a leading local financial services firm to identify a Supervision Principal dedicated to overseeing marketing materials, social media, digital communications, and website surveillance for a national team of up to 170 financial advisors. This role is designed for a collaborative and supportive professional who will guide advisors on best practices, ensuring they remain compliant with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As the Supervision Principal, you will serve as a vital bridge between the field force and the compliance leadership. Your day will involve monitoring work queues at the start of the day and throughout, ensuring that all digital touchpoints meet strict regulatory standards. You will actively manage the Supervision inbox, responding to inquiries and escalating complex items to the Supervision and Surveillance manager as needed.
Beyond monitoring, a significant portion of your time will be dedicated to field force support. You will lead training and education initiatives to help advisors navigate the evolving landscape of compliance and regulatory requirements. You will also be tasked with identifying and recommending process and procedure improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supervision function.
Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter directly through CornerStone. The selection process typically involves an initial screening to verify qualifications, followed by interviews with the hiring team to assess cultural fit and technical expertise.
