About the Role
Join our Parsons New Jersey team to help transform transportation infrastructure nationwide. We are currently leading three of the largest projects in New Jersey: the Newark Bay Bridge for the NJTA, the Newark AirTrain for the PANYNJ, and the Gateway Tunnel. We are looking to grow our NJ presence to execute these critical, once-in-a-lifetime projects.
This role is designed for experienced leaders who want to move beyond a "number 2" position and take ownership of complex engineering challenges. You will manage projects and mentor a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and professional seals where appropriate. The position focuses on highway geometric design, utilities engineering, MPT design, and all aspects of civil/highway work.
Work Environment
Positions are hybrid with 2-3 days per week in-person at our Newark, NJ office. For the right candidate, fully remote options may be considered.
